25 years ago, our founder, John Kaczmarski discovered the Williamsburg area as a prime market for home renovation and as a result, started his business John’s construction Co. During this time he focused on the renovation and upkeep of properties managed by contractors and management companies in the area. As owner of John’s Construction Co. he has acquired vast experience in the home building and renovations industry. Working with other property management companies directly also gave John the experience necessary to undertake the task of successful property management. John saw in Williamsburg a big market of property owners searching for a local, personalized management company to cater and adapt to the particular needs of each property. Combining the passion for his work and years of experience, John saw a vision of Bedford Pro Management LLC as a local company which is only a walking distance away from our clients. He envisioned and created a company we as property owners can all reach out to and know its members personally and develop trust and partnership with for years to come. As a result of John’s efforts, Bedford Pro Management LLC is expanding rapidly, currently managing 20 various types of properties in the area. We have the experience. We have the knowledge.
