We provide a comprehensive service package that allows our clients to sit back and relax while we do all the work.
Maintenance of Accounts payable and receivable, regular bill payments and account maintenance always maintaining separate account so that assets are never comingled. All our deposits and disbursements are done electronically to facilitate full reporting. Balance sheets, monthly reports, end of year account summaries are available to provide the highest level of transparency to owners of property.
General Monthly Package:
Services included:
- Handle building and unit registrations, lease renewal, rent increases, notices, required filing and all tenant related issues.
- Advertise for units to be either sold or rented.
- Screen and place new tenants.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Drain boiler and read meters.
- Perform monthly inspections of public areas.
- Collect and deposit rent (when necessary).
- Provide detailed monthly summary of all above.
- Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Monthly Fee:
Property with:- 1-5 units = $75 per unit (minimum charge of $195)
- 6-15 units = $50 per unit
- 16-25 units = $45 per unit
- 26 units & over = $40 per unit
Additional Services available:
- Bookkeeping—Accounts payable and receivable
(min. 100/month) - Full account reporting—balance sheets and summaries
(min. $95/month) - Hourly charge for a court attendance for legal matters
($65 an hour)
